Still the best party in town – The Paris Review

Posted by jamie | May 15, 2017

More than 8 years after we re-designed and developed The Paris Review‘s previous award-winning website and CMS, we’re equally excited at the honors the new website design has garnered since November 2016.

Webby Award Nominees

First up was a nomination for Best Cultural Website from the Webby Awards. Though the site did not prevail in that category, we’re thrilled to be in such great company.

The Communicator Awards

And now, we’re really excited to announce not one but two Communicator Awards for Excellence – in the General Blog/Cultural and Mobile Apps/Visual Design & Function categories.

The new site was a collaboration designed by the brilliant designers at Strick & Williams (Charlotte and Claire) and re-developed by our team and Ben Levine at Point Five.

Way back in the aughts we heard this from the critics:

“Swoon!” — Dan Duray, The New York Observer

The Paris Review’s Web site feels, for now, like the best party in town.” — Dwight Garner, The New York Times

We’d venture to say it’s STILL the best party in town.  Hats off to our client and friends at The Paris Review!
