The New Yorker‘s new Goings On app features the very best of New York City’s cultural happenings—theatre, night life, art, dance, classical music, movies, food and drink, and much more—as curated by New Yorker editors.
Tierra conceived the app’s new, intuitive navigation and collaborated with The New Yorker team to design the visual elements.
Tierra developed both the iOS and Android versions of the app using a dynamically generated feed from The New Yorker‘s content management system that updates every week as new issue content is published.
The app employs beautiful photography and illustrations and provides users with intuitive navigation tools to access all the Goings On About Town listings.
The ad-supported app loads faster, features enhanced browsing, neighborhoods, audio tours and map functionality.
