ABOUT THE PROJECT

Isobel Coleman, a scholar and foreign policy advisor, partnered with Tierra on the design and development of a web site that would promote her new book, Paradise Beneath Her Feet: How Women are Transforming the Middle East. The site features Dr. Coleman’s own photography from her experiences across the Middle East, presented in a series of custom slideshows and peppered throughout the site. Developed in WordPress with a combination of plugins from the Tierra WordPress CMS Toolkit and custom scripts, the site is easily updated and edited by Dr. Coleman and her team, serving as an active hub for her research, writing, photography, and press.
